This is "Put Your Big Work Gloves On Girl." I painted it for my niece who's going through some big challenges. I've always thought the expression "Put Your Big Girl P******* On" was pretty disrespectful and when ladies used it, plain crude. But then again guys say crazy stuff too, trying to get across the depth of their feelings. Having been raised by a 5ft nothing Mom who had my sister and I on a very short leash, even when I was a teenager and twice her size she and my Dad drilled respect and honor into our hearts and souls. Are those virtues lost or just a little off center stage for awhile? As a result strong women fill my house as my wife and daughters and I offer this painting as a tribute to them and those readying for a challenge.
